All Competition Entries are final and there will be NO REFUNDS given for any reason or at any time, with the exception of any technical errors with our hosting, server, payment gateways, website or any other technical errors/malfunctions in our systems we may incur.

Our payment gateways are protected with 3ds secure so anyone purchasing tickets has to either enter their passcode/thumbprint/faceID/or bank verification methods to complete payments so no consideration will be taken for ‘accidental purchases’ as our systems have steps to eliminate this. This also eliminates the risk of us incurring dishonest people who try chargebacks. Any person trying to process a chargeback will be banned from using our website/competitions/business and card companies informed of fraudulent activity.
