An Overview
This luxury Atlas Debonair 38 X 12 ft caravan sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is pet friendly.

Situated on the Seabirds area on Primrose Valley – Kittiwake overlooking the lake, close to Filey beach access with only a

short walk to the beach & play area.
The living area consists of 2 free standing sofas, one which converts into a double sofa bed sleeping 8 guests and leading out onto the decking through the double patio doors where you can sit and take in the views, separate dining table, smart TV, DVD player & electric fire.

The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is fully equipped with all that you’ll require in terms of crockery, pots, pans, toaster and coffee machine as well as appliances that include a gas oven and grill, with the extractor fan and dishwasher, integrated microwave, integrated full size fridge freezer.

Private complimentary WIFI is also included, offering a faster experience than the site service at the complex. Inside there are three bedrooms; one double with 24” smart TV and ensuite toilet room, two generous sized twin bedrooms. Bathroom with generous sized shower, toilet and wash basin. Large wrap around gated decking for Al fresco dining and evening drinks with the benefit of views overlooking the lake.

Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, with direct beach access, On site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products and a great funfair with a kids rollercoaster and many more rides for the entire family. Around Primrose Valley there is beautiful countryside & coastline to explore and the towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, and historical York.  Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family.  Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be found near the Haven reception.  Also, there is a Park & Ride for both Bridlington and Scarborough about 10 minutes’ drive away.
